Through its Strategic Planning Committee, FHWA has reviewed the original LTAP/TTAP Strategic Plan released in 2004 and updated the text to better reflect the current state of both the Program as well as the implementation of the Plan. This 2008 Update also includes the latest results from both the Roles and Responsibilities effort and the TTAP strategic planning discussion as appendices.
